West Valley Post Acute is a 115-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in beautiful West Hills. Serving the area for over 40 years, we provide comfort and support with around-the-clock medical care. Our dedicated staff provides care for our residents to help recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness. Our team understands the importance of creating a warm, comfortable place for all residents. Our healthcare staff is led by a licensed administrator, registered nurses, rehabilitation therapists and certified nursing assistants.

PACS-supported facilities have access to additional resources and expertise that allow us to focus on what we do best—caring for our patients and residents. PACS provides technology, systems, and business support to skilled nursing facilities like ours that elevate our local culture of care from a centrally-supported team of experts.
