West Valley Post Acute is pleased to announce that we are allowing indoor & outdoor in-person visitation.
 
​Visiting hours are from 10:30am to 8:30pm daily. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend you book your visit in advance with the front desk. To book a visit, please call 818.348.8422.
 
We will be following strict guidelines from the Department of Public Health and from the CDC.
We kindly ask that you limit the amount of people visiting at once to two (2) people at a time per resident. If visitors are fully vaccinated with a booster, no covid test is required. If visitors are not vaccinated, we do require a PCR test administered within the last 48 hours or a rapid swab. The rapid swabs are provided by our facility.
